By creating an IQTrack account or activating a tracker, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app or the service.
IQTrack is intended for tracking property, vehicles, and assets you own or have explicit authorization to track. You may not use IQTrack to track a person without their knowledge and consent, or for any purpose prohibited by federal, state, or local law, including stalking, harassment, or surveillance of another person without lawful authority. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of a tracker complies with the law in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
IQTrack depends on cellular connectivity, GPS signal, and third-party mapping services. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation of the tracking hardware or software.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on trackers, SIM cards, or service periods — whether or not the tracker has been activated — except where a refund is required by applicable law. Please review your order carefully before purchase; if you have questions about whether IQTrack is right for you, contact us at support@iqtrackgps.com before you buy.
The service and hardware are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IQtronics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service, including damages resulting from a tracker's misuse by any party.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including any use that violates Section 2 (Permitted Use).
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
