Getting Started
- Add a tracker: Open the app, go to the Devices tab, tap
Add Tracker, and scan or enter the ID printed on your IQTrack GPS device.
- See it live: Your tracker appears on the Map tab with its
latest location and the time of its last update.
- Tracking modes: Choose how often your tracker reports —
from battery-saving to live — in the device settings. IQTrack also speeds
up automatically when your vehicle is moving and slows down when it's
parked.
Common Questions
- Trip history & playback: Every drive is recorded and
can be replayed on the map from the Trip History screen.
- Alerts: Set up geofence, movement, low-battery, and tamper
alerts from the Alerts tab.
- Battery & service: Your tracker's battery level and
service/SIM status are shown in the app under Service & Billing.
- Account & cancellation: Manage your account from the
Account tab. To cancel or delete your account and data, email support.
